Cancellation policy

 Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of up to £50 to cover credit card charges.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date forfeit the full payment. However If the property can be re-let during the same rental period we will refund any difference between the letting values up to the full balance of the booking, less any credit card charges.

Cancellations due to UK Government travel restrictions will qualify for a full refund.

Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
